The Rowville Lakes Little Athletics Club (RLLAC) was formed in 1996 and is a member of the Knox Little Athletic Centre. The club is self funding and run by a committee elected by the members at the Annual General Meeting held at the conclusion of each track and field season. The clubs main roles are to co-ordinate information to and from the Knox Little Athletics Centre, record and reward performances by club members and provide a fun and enjoyable environment for the athletes.

Cake Stall/Raffle
Saturday 23rd October is our allocated Cake Stall/Raffle Day. Do you have something to donate towards the raffle? If so, please contace a Committee Member. This day is a major fundraiser for the club, with monies raised going towards medals and trophies.

Assistant Announcers

U7-U10 McDonald's Skills Clinics
Registration is now available for the U7-U10 McDonald’s Skills Clinics. As per last year, there will be two Clinics taking place to cater for both Metropolitan and Regional athletes. The first Clinic will be held in Bendigo on Tuesday 21st September with the second clinic to held in Doncaster on Thursday 23rd September.

These Clinics are designed to provide athletes with an opportunity to gain some valuable advice on performing the skills correctly. The Clinics are split into the U7-U8 age groups, who's focus is on fundamental skill development and the U9-U10 age groups focussing on athletic skill development. There will be 6 rotations of 30 minutes covering the fundamental athletic events.
